Q. Do all shoppers have to necessarily register before checking out the orders?

A. One can surf and add products to the cart with out registration but only registered shoppers would be able to check out the cart and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
 

Q. How to register on the website?

A. Registration form could be invoked by clicking on the "Sign Up" hyperlink at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.
 

Q. Who all are eligible to register on the website?

A. We are currently providing the service to residents of Gurgaon. Such residents can readily register on the website and enjoy our services. We will be adding additional cities over the years. If you would like to be informed when we begin services in your city please write to us and we will come back to you once we start providing our delivery services to your city.
 

Q. Once registered can I cancel my registration?

A. Please email us at info@grocerywaale.com mentioning the reason and the date from when you want to cancel the registration. We will review your account and come back to you with the next steps, including refunds, if any.
 

Q. If I change my residence do I have to register again with my new address details or I can just update my residence address in My Profile section of the website?

A. You can access your "My Profile" section of the website by clicking the same from the top right corner of the website. This action will take you to a set of form and let you update your profile.

Q. What are Gs?

A. The currency of www.grocerywaale.com which you earn while shopping with us. Every 10 Gs is equal to Re 1.
 

Q. How do I earn Gs?

A. There are two ways of earning Gs:
a) Refer a friend and get 1500 Gs
b) Suggest a product and get 50 Gs
 

Q. How do I use Gs?

A. Gs can be used in 2 ways:
a) Redeeming Gs at the time of Check out: While checking out you can redeem the same amount of Gs as your order value and enjoy an awesome discount.
b) Shopping from our Gs Catalogue: You can also shop for specific products from our Gs catalogue which are not available for INR on our website and can only be bought through Gs.


Q. How do I check my Gs balance?

A. After you login, you will see it right where it says welcome. E.g.
Welcome back Manisha Tripathi!    [ Your Credit Balance Points: 2215 ]

 

Q. How do I redeem my Gs?

A. You can redeem your Gs when you place an order with GW.
When you are at ‘View Cart’ page, you can enter your desired points for redemption.

- You can redeem maximum up to your balance Gs in your account.
- You can redeem Gs equivalent to Net Payable of your current order.

When should I order to get the goods on the same day?

Order before 0800 hours to get your order in the evening slot.

I am ordering before the cut off time but still my preferred delivery slot is not available to me. Why?

We have limited capacity per slot for order delivery. We don't want to make false promises of delivery time. Thus, if our capacity limits have crossed for that particular slot, please choose the next suitable slot.

Why is the order for Fruits and Vegetables never delivered the same day?

It is common knowledge that best fruits and vegetables are always available in the morning. That is when we do shopping for you to be able to get the freshest veggies and fruits. We don't believe in delivering sub standard goods thus, there should be one morning between your order time and our delivery time. Further, if you are choosing a delivery time 2 or 3 days from now, don't worry, we only shop for your veggies and fruits on the day of the delivery.

Till when can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order till 1200 hours on the day of the delivery, if the delivery is in the evening. In any other cases, you need to cancel the order at 1200 hours on the day prior to your delivery day.

Till when can I reschedule my order for a later slot?

You can reschedule your order delivery for a later slot before two hours of your scheduled delivery slot. However, we do not reschedule the orders for earlier slots.
