Grocerywaale.com offers you same day delivery option. Grocerywaale.com's delivery systems are designed keeping in mind the busy schedule of our customers. We empower you to select a convenient time to receive your purchases either during the morning, afternoon or late in the evening. You can pre-book your delivery slot during check out and be assured that the goods will be delivered as per your booked slot.

Our delivery vehicles are also equipped with refrigeration facilities to ensure the quality of frozen and chilled food.

Delivery Slots

Grocerywaale.com provides a unique service and promise of delivering the goods in 2-3 hour window based on the delivery slot selected by you. This ensures certainty and aids in planned purchase of your household needs and eliminates long waits staying at home without knowing the exact time of delivery or even missing your delivery.

You can choose to receive your order the same day if your order is confirmed before 8AM or the next day in the pre-decided slots if your order is confirmed with us by 12:00 Noon today. You can also select the day, earliest being the next day to coming 6 days of the order date. 

Order Cut Off Time:

In order to facilitate timely picking and delivery of all orders we follow a cutoff time for each delivery slot. To be able to pick a delivery slot the order needs to be placed before the cut-off time for that particular delivery slot. The cut-off times for delivery slots are given below:

To explain this better let us say you are ordering grocery on a Monday before 8:00AM. The slots available for delivery are:
- Monday  06:00PM to 09:30PM
- Tuesday 9:30AM to 01:00PM
- Tuesday 02:00PM to 05:00PM
- Tuesday 06:00PM to 09:30PM

If you order between 8AM - 12:00 Noon on Monday noon we will deliver your groceries the next day in any slot i.e. 
              - Tuesday 9:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
              - Tuesday 02:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.
              - Tuesday 06:00 p.m. to 09:30 p.m.
 
Even if you order after 12:00 Noon on Monday we will deliver your groceries the next day in the evening slot i.e. 
- Tuesday 06:00PM to 09:30PM
- Wednesday 9:30AM to 01:00PM
- Wednesday 02:00PM to 05:00PM
- Wednesday 06:00PM to 09:30PM

We also offer the option to schedule your delivery in any of the afore mentioned 3 slots within 6 days of the order date. For Example: If you have ordered on a Monday, we empower you to schedule your delivery till Saturday.

Delivery Charges:

We levy very nominal charges for the delivery of the orders and the delivery charge is based on the order value as per the table below:

When should I order to get the goods on the same day?

Order before 0800 hours to get your order in the evening slot.

I am ordering before the cut off time but still my preferred delivery slot is not available to me. Why?

We have limited capacity per slot for order delivery. We don't want to make false promises of delivery time. Thus, if our capacity limits have crossed for that particular slot, please choose the next suitable slot.

Why is the order for Fruits and Vegetables never delivered the same day?

It is common knowledge that best fruits and vegetables are always available in the morning. That is when we do shopping for you to be able to get the freshest veggies and fruits. We don't believe in delivering sub standard goods thus, there should be one morning between your order time and our delivery time. Further, if you are choosing a delivery time 2 or 3 days from now, don't worry, we only shop for your veggies and fruits on the day of the delivery.

Till when can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order till 1200 hours on the day of the delivery, if the delivery is in the evening. In any other cases, you need to cancel the order at 1200 hours on the day prior to your delivery day.

Till when can I reschedule my order for a later slot?

You can reschedule your order delivery for a later slot before two hours of your scheduled delivery slot. However, we do not reschedule the orders for earlier slots.
